Below is the regular meeting schedule for 2024. The Board of Directors may call special meetings or cancel a regular meeting as may be needed. All notice of meetings are posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting in compliance with Colorado Revised Statutes.

Notice of board meetings are posted online and if the website is not available at the southwest corner of Morningstar Way and Turnberry Road. You may view notices, agendas, and minutes below.
